What data is collected

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Practice data: exercises completed, session outcomes, values selections, and journal entries you choose to save.
• Usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, and device type to improve the experience.

How your data is used

• To provide and personalize your practice experience.
• To track your progress and suggest relevant exercises.
• To improve the product and fix issues.
• To communicate important updates about your account.

What never happens with your data

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
• Your practice data is never shared with advertisers.

Data storage

Stored conversation content is redacted after 90 days, while user-linked interaction metadata may remain. Used signed links are removed after 30 days. You can export or delete your Human Today data from settings. WhatsApp messages already delivered through the provider cannot be deleted retroactively.
